Welcome to Ace Pizza. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and to orders placed with Ace Pizza, including orders for collection and delivery.
By placing an order with Ace Pizza, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Placing an Order
Orders may be placed through our website or by any other ordering method offered by Ace Pizza.
When placing an order, please ensure that the information you provide is correct, including your name, contact details, order details and, for deliveries, the delivery address.
Once an online order has been successfully submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation relating to your order.
If there is a problem with your order, or we are unable to fulfil it, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details you have provided.
3. Order Acceptance and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Occasionally, an item or ingredient may be unavailable. If this affects your order, we may contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative or, where applicable, a refund for an unavailable item.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or website error, payment cannot be processed, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Prices, menu items and special offers may change from time to time. The price applicable to an online order will normally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to the correction of obvious errors.
Any applicable delivery charge or other charge will be shown during the ordering process before the customer completes the order.
5. Payment
Payment options available for an order will be shown during the ordering process.
Where online card payment is available, payments are processed using an authorised payment service provider. Ace Pizza does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card details in order for the payment provider to process your transaction.
Where cash payment is offered, payment must be made in accordance with the option selected when ordering.
6. Collection Orders
For collection orders, please attend Ace Pizza at or around the collection time provided with your order.
Preparation and collection times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you are substantially delayed in collecting your order, the quality or temperature of the food may be affected.
7. Delivery Orders
Where delivery is available, customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and suitable contact telephone number.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by demand, traffic, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure that somebody is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
If we are unable to complete a delivery because the address supplied is incorrect, nobody is available to receive the order, or we cannot reasonably contact the customer, we may be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our food is freshly prepared to order and is perishable, please contact Ace Pizza as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once preparation has started, we may not be able to cancel or change the order. This does not affect your legal rights if there is a problem with the food or your order.
9. Food Allergies & Intolerances
If you have a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, please tell us before placing your order.
Where our online ordering system provides a facility to give allergy or dietary information, please provide the relevant details when ordering.
If you have a serious allergy, we strongly recommend speaking directly with Ace Pizza before ordering so that we can discuss your requirements and provide the most appropriate information available.
We take reasonable care when preparing food for customers who have informed us of an allergy or intolerance. However, food is prepared in a working kitchen where a variety of ingredients and allergens are handled.
10. Menu Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that menu descriptions, ingredients, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Ingredients and availability may occasionally change.
Photographs and images on the website are for general presentation purposes unless specifically stated otherwise. The appearance of food supplied may therefore differ from photographs displayed online.
If you require information about the ingredients in a particular item, please contact Ace Pizza before ordering.

From time to time, Ace Pizza may offer promotions, discounts or special offers.
